Description
The Facility Maintenance Supervisor plans, schedules, and supervises facility maintenance, repairs, installations, construction, calibration, contractor work, emergency repairs, and regulatory compliance. The role manages work orders, materials, budgets, safety training, employee performance, customer communications, and technical issues, while requiring a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, an MBA, MS, or ME preferred, and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing plant.
