O-I is hiring a Packaging Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of inspection, packaging, and palletizing areas in a 24/7 production plant. The role supervises mechanics and electrotechnicians, manages preventive and corrective maintenance, resolves downtime, supports operational and quality objectives, ensures OHS and GMF compliance, and contributes to recruitment and maintenance projects. Candidates need a DEC in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent discipline, five years of manufacturing team-supervision experience, preventive maintenance knowledge, communication and leadership skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency; packaging-industry experience is an asset.
