The Maintenance Supervisor supervises skilled trades workers and coordinates maintenance, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, contractor work, budgets, purchasing, and service tickets for buildings and grounds. The role requires intermediate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge; tool operation; supervisory experience; and a valid driver’s license. It is a full-time position with an estimated starting annual salary of $78,000, FLSA exempt status, and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement matching, and paid leave.
