Description
PCA is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, estimate, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment, machinery, and service systems. The role supervises maintenance, mechanical, and electrical staff; coordinates downtime and production activities; manages parts inventory and maintenance budgets; supports predictive maintenance and capital improvements; and ensures safe, trained crews. Candidates need an associate degree or completed production-maintenance certification, at least five years of equipment and electrical maintenance experience, and U.S. work authorization. The position offers a starting salary of $96,000 to $130,000, annual bonus, paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
