Description
PCA is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, estimate, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment, machinery, and service systems. The role supervises maintenance, mechanical, and electrical staff; coordinates downtime and production activities; manages parts inventory and maintenance budgets; supports predictive maintenance and capital improvements; and ensures training, troubleshooting, and safety standards. Candidates need an associate degree or completed production-maintenance certification, at least five years of equipment and electrical maintenance experience, and U.S. work authorization. The position offers a salary range of $96,000 to $120,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
