Peak Management is seeking a "ROCKSTAR" Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team responsible for providing exceptional service to residents in their 230+ unit properties, specifically The Ridges of Cascade. The ideal candidate will possess strong maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC knowledge, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. This is a supervisory role requiring on-call rotations. While lease-up experience is preferred, it's not mandatory.
