Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees skilled trade workers responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, buildings, utility systems, structures, grounds, and facilities in a poultry processing environment. The role includes scheduling and assigning work, inspecting repairs, resolving work problems, maintaining production equipment to minimize downtime, managing preventive maintenance programs, requisitioning supplies, enforcing company policies, and training employees. A high school diploma or GED, at least two years of directly related experience, poultry processing experience, and flexibility to work varied shifts are required.
