Description
The Maintenance Supervisor maintains production equipment and other maintenance assets in safe and operating condition by delegating work to maintenance technicians and overseeing repairs, troubleshooting, safety, quality, cost, and process-improvement goals. The role supervises employee performance and training, manages maintenance assets and payroll, supports quality-system audits, and coordinates with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and other internal and external stakeholders. It requires a BS degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years of manufacturing experience, and two years of manufacturing project-management and process-improvement experience or equivalent leadership experience.
