Description
Pratum Companies is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to manage on-site maintenance staff, oversee repairs and maintenance projects, coordinate contractors and vendors, direct preventative maintenance, and supervise a team of two to three maintenance workers. The role requires extensive residential building-system knowledge, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and preventative maintenance experience, along with CFC Type II certification and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and emergency work.
