Description
Pratum Companies is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to manage residential property maintenance staff, repairs, make-ready processes, maintenance projects, contractors, vendors, budgets, and preventative maintenance. The role requires extensive knowledge of residential building systems, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry; at least three years of residential property management or related experience; HVAC and/or CFC certification; and the ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and emergencies. The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus, an anticipated hourly range of $24-$26, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
