Description
The maintenance supervisor oversees day-to-day mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for plant operations, working closely with operations, sanitation, maintenance leads, and multi-craft mechanics to coordinate work assignments, parts, tools, training, and accurate work-order records. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager, requires supervisory experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, and involves leadership on the production floor in a fast-paced plant environment with day shift hours and occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays.
