Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees residential property maintenance operations, supervises at least one Maintenance Technician, coordinates vendors and contractors, manages service requests and make-ready inspections, maintains grounds and common areas, tracks inventory and budgets, responds to resident requests, and conducts inspections and preventative maintenance. The role requires at least three years of residential maintenance experience, supervisory and industrial maintenance experience, mechanical and electrical knowledge, CMMS proficiency, HVAC and PLC experience, and strong leadership and project-management skills.
