Description
The Protech Group is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to lead and participate in the maintenance, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of production equipment and facility systems. The role involves troubleshooting machinery, managing maintenance technicians and spare parts, overseeing preventive maintenance programs, responding to breakdowns and emergencies, and ensuring safety, quality, and production requirements are met. The position reports to the Production Manager and requires five years of similar experience, electrical and mechanical certification, hands-on machinery repair experience, technical documentation skills, PLC knowledge, and strong communication and training abilities.
