Description
RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Windsor Court to lead and support the maintenance team, perform property inspections, coordinate service requests and make-ready work, maintain grounds and common areas, conduct preventive maintenance, and uphold safety and customer-service standards. The role pays $25 to $30 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC and CPO certification, communication and computer skills, flexible scheduling, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
