Description
RAM Partners, LLC is hiring an HVAC Maintenance Manager for Palmer House to lead and support maintenance staff, complete property inspections and work orders, coordinate make-ready processes, maintain grounds and common areas, perform preventative maintenance, and uphold safety and customer-service standards. The role requires EPA HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, communication and computer skills, flexible scheduling, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Compensation is $32 to $33 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, retirement matching, and other benefits.
