Description
RAM Partners, LLC is hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support its maintenance team in maintaining multi-family properties. The role includes supervising staff, inspecting properties, coordinating service requests and make-ready work, completing work orders, maintaining grounds and common areas, performing preventative maintenance, and following safety procedures. Compensation is $35 to $37 per hour, with paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
