RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead and guide the maintenance team for multi-family properties. The role includes supervising and motivating maintenance staff, inspecting properties, coordinating service requests and make-ready processes, completing work orders, maintaining grounds and common areas, performing preventative maintenance, and following safety procedures. The position pays $27 to $29 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, a 401(k) match, and other benefits. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC certification, communication and computer skills, flexibility for weekends, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
