RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for The Heights at Sawnee Village in Cumming, Georgia. The role leads and supports maintenance staff, handles property inspections, service requests, work orders, make-ready coordination, grounds and common-area maintenance, preventative maintenance, and customer service. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, EPA HVAC and CPO certification, new construction and lease-up experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Compensation is $35 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
