RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a full-time, experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Decatur, Georgia. The role guides and supervises a multifamily property maintenance team, conducts property inspections, coordinates service requests and make-ready activities, oversees preventive maintenance and grounds/common-area upkeep, and ensures safety and customer-service standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, EPA HVAC certification, communication and basic Microsoft Office skills, and flexibility to work weekends. Compensation is $32–$34 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
