RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead and guide the maintenance team for multi-family properties. The role includes supervising and motivating maintenance staff, inspecting properties, coordinating service requests and make-ready processes, completing work orders, maintaining grounds and common areas, performing preventative maintenance, and following safety procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC certification, communication skills, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, flexible scheduling, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Compensation is $32.00, with bonuses, paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.
