RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to direct and support its maintenance team in maintaining multi-family properties. The role includes hiring, training, supervising, and motivating staff; inspecting properties and coordinating make-ready processes; completing and following up on work orders; maintaining grounds and common areas; performing preventative maintenance; and following safety procedures. The position pays $32 to $34 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC certification, communication skills, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, flexible scheduling, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
