Description
RAM Partners, LLC is hiring an experienced Maintenance Leader to guide and supervise maintenance staff, perform property inspections, coordinate service requests and make-ready work, complete work orders, maintain grounds and common areas, and carry out preventive maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC certification, at least five years of maintenance experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, flexible scheduling, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Compensation is $25 to $30 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
