Description
RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for The Howell at the Preserve to support and guide maintenance staff, perform property inspections, coordinate service requests and make-ready work, maintain grounds and common areas, conduct preventative maintenance, and uphold safety and customer-service standards. The role pays $29 to $31 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC and CPO certification, communication and computer skills, flexible scheduling, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
