RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Regent at Bellevue Way in Bellevue, Washington. The role leads and supports maintenance staff, handles property inspections and service requests, coordinates make-ready work, maintains grounds and common areas, performs preventative maintenance, and follows safety procedures. Compensation is $40–$42 per hour plus bonuses. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC certification, CPO certification preferred, Microsoft Office knowledge, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
