RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Daytona Beach, Florida, to lead and guide the maintenance team, support hiring and training, perform property inspections, coordinate service requests and make-ready work, maintain grounds and common areas, and carry out preventative maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, EPA HVAC certification, communication skills, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Compensation is $32 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
