RAM Partners, LLC is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Charlotte, North Carolina to lead and guide the maintenance team at Coffey Creek. The role includes hiring, training, supervising, and motivating maintenance staff; inspecting the property; addressing maintenance needs; completing and prioritizing work orders; coordinating the ready process; maintaining grounds and common areas; performing preventative maintenance; and following safety procedures. The position pays $39 to $40 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC and CPO certification, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
