Renewing Management is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a 100–300-unit apartment community. The role leads 1–5 maintenance associates, manages work orders, turnovers, emergency response, preventative maintenance, subcontractors, inventory, safety, and resident service, and supports recruiting and performance management. The position requires on-call availability, mechanical aptitude, leadership, EPA Type II certification, and 3–5 years of maintenance experience; it offers a competitive base salary with bonus potential, paid time off, paid holidays, free base rent, and optional medical, dental, and vision insurance.
