Riverstone Communities is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Maintenance Technicians and perform hands-on residential maintenance at Oak Terrace and Parkside Mobile Home Parks in Rochester, Minnesota. The role manages maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, work orders, groundskeeping, safety, inventory, and community standards while performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, drywall, painting, and other repairs. Candidates need at least three years of relevant residential or commercial property maintenance, technical, or groundskeeping experience, along with physical ability, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather. The position pays $61,000-$66,000 per year and includes a sign-on bonus, health benefits, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
