The role oversees facilities maintenance across building, property, and material handling equipment, manages preventive maintenance, coordinates repairs and construction projects, controls maintenance-related expenses, and ensures safety and contractual compliance. The position requires extensive maintenance experience in large distribution center or manufacturing environments, supervisory experience, mechanical and electrical proficiency, CMMS knowledge, OSHA familiarity, and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
