Description
Sensient Technologies is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and schedule maintenance technicians and electricians at its 24/7 Juneau facility, which produces spray-dried yeast for food and BioNutrient applications. The role oversees preventive maintenance, work orders, contractors, spare parts, maintenance budgets, equipment reliability, SOPs, training, and collaboration with engineering and other departments. Candidates need at least five years of maintenance management or supervisory experience and five years of hands-on maintenance, operations, or engineering experience, along with troubleshooting, automation, PLC, HMI, VFD, and control-system expertise. The position is based in Juneau, Wisconsin, requires authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, and does not offer relocation assistance.
