Description
Smithfield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team focused on minimizing mechanical downtime and maximizing production line efficiency. This role involves developing and implementing advanced maintenance systems such as Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The supervisor will also be responsible for leading and inspiring the maintenance team, ensuring plant safety compliance, solving operational challenges, and partnering with the Plant Engineer to optimize equipment reliability.
