Description
The Maintenance Supervisor directs and supervises facility maintenance, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, safety, and CMMS documentation across the Soboba Casino Resort Property. The role coordinates with customers, vendors, and team members; trains, schedules, evaluates, and mentors maintenance technicians; leads a maintenance team; and supports project planning and unusual-situation resolution. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of facilities or maintenance experience, two years of supervisory or lead experience, a valid California driver’s license, and eligibility to work in the United States.
