Description
Sonoco is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Hartselle, Alabama, to lead daily maintenance activities and support equipment reliability, plant safety, operational efficiency, and employee development. The role oversees preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, work scheduling, contractors, vendors, continuous improvement, maintenance costs, and the development of maintenance personnel. Candidates should have at least three years of maintenance supervisory or leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, along with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and industrial control systems, CMMS systems, and root cause analysis. The annual base salary is $104,800 to $117,900 plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
