Description
Savage is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead system and equipment maintenance for its coal/sulphur operation in El Dorado, Kansas. The role supervises mechanics and operators, develops and leads preventative maintenance, maintains the CMMS, manages spare parts and inventory, oversees inspections and audits, plans maintenance work, evaluates contractors, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The position requires five years of plant operations experience, three years in maintenance supervision, planning and scheduling experience, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential weekend work, and may require night assistance for critical service problems.
