Description
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Property Manager and oversees property maintenance, safety compliance, repairs, vendors, budgets, emergency response, employee performance, and training. The role requires at least three years of on-site experience managing subordinates, strong scheduling and communication skills, knowledge of maintenance equipment and materials, budgeting ability, and the capacity to perform physical work and operate machinery. Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical experience are preferred.
