Stella-Jones is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a maintenance team at its Fayetteville, Tennessee plant. The role coordinates preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, spare parts inventory, CMMS administration, maintenance budgets, contractor agreements, safety compliance, incident investigations, and department KPIs. It requires supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance, industrial equipment troubleshooting, CMMS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work on the plant floor and during overtime, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-ins.
