Beecher's Handmade Cheese is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at its new cheesemaking facility in Shullsburg, Wisconsin, as production is expected to begin between November 15 and December 15. The role oversees equipment, utilities, preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS systems, spare parts, contractors, safety compliance, instrumentation, reliability analysis, and maintenance technicians. Candidates need at least two years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing, dairy processing, or industrial operations, including team leadership, along with mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, CMMS, utilities, and safety knowledge. The position offers a starting salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year plus an annual bonus plan and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) match.
