The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor diagnoses and repairs heavy- and medium-duty vehicles, oversees maintenance safety procedures, EAM work orders, parts inventory, preventive and unscheduled repairs, and coordination with driver care, route operations, and customer care. The role supervises maintenance staff, manages purchasing and budgets, and requires at least five years of heavy- or medium-duty fleet shop experience, five years of auto, truck, or bus mechanical repair experience, and strong computer diagnostics and scheduling skills.
