Tangent Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Maintenance Mechanics across four production facilities in Aurora, IL. The supervisor will coordinate with engineering and operations to manage preventive maintenance schedules, oversee task execution, develop spare parts identification, create best practices, assign repairs, utilize root cause analysis, and implement training plans. This role involves managing a team of technicians responsible for maintaining plastic extrusion machines, CNC routers, robotic assembly cells, and other production equipment.
