Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will work in a new automated fulfillment center in Falkensee, Berlin/Brandenburg, taking operational responsibility for maintenance during their shift and leading a team of Maintenance Technicians. The role coordinates maintenance activities, manages critical breakdowns, supports equipment availability, enforces safety and structured work practices, and drives Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance Engineers, and external partners. Candidates need a technical qualification and at least 10 years of technical or maintenance experience, including at least 3 years of leadership experience, along with hands-on maintenance knowledge and English fluency. The position starts at €70,000 gross per year.
