Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will work in a new automated fulfillment center in Falkensee, Berlin/Brandenburg, taking operational responsibility for maintenance during their shift and leading a team of Maintenance Technicians. The role coordinates maintenance activities, manages critical breakdowns, supports equipment availability, enforces safety and structured work practices, and drives Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires a technical qualification and at least 10 years of technical or maintenance experience, including at least 3 years of leadership experience, along with strong English and German skills. The starting salary is €70,000 gross per year.
