Description
The Maintenance Manager will supervise maintenance and process activities at a plant, lead and coach maintenance technicians, manage training, and drive reliability, OEE, preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, spare-parts, vendor, and Lean initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or comparable education, experience in the plastic and automotive supplier industry, coaching and team-leading experience, strong blow-molding knowledge, diplomatic communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
