Description
The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Community Manager and supervises on-site maintenance staff while performing hands-on building maintenance, repairs, inspections, turnkey operations, budgeting, vendor coordination, inventory control, safety training, and resident service. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, at least four years of supervisory experience in community management maintenance or a related field, EPA Type I and II certification, a valid driver’s license, an automobile, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call schedules. The position is hourly and non-exempt, with overtime eligibility.
