Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the physical condition, maintenance, and appearance of an apartment community, leading and training maintenance staff while coordinating service requests, preventive maintenance, apartment turns, inspections, repairs, emergencies, vendors, inventory, safety, and resident service. The role requires EPA Section 608 certification, at least three years of multifamily or comparable facilities maintenance experience, and the ability to work on-site with weekend, evening, emergency, and rotating on-call responsibilities.
