Description
Redpath is hiring an experienced Underground Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance crews at Olympic Dam Mine. The role involves supervising technicians, maintaining safety and compliance standards, coordinating planned maintenance, allocating resources, managing records and inventory, and driving continuous improvement across underground and surface operations. The position requires heavy-duty diesel fitter or mechanic qualifications, underground mining supervision experience, heavy mobile equipment knowledge, CMMS experience, a manual driver's licence, and strong leadership and organisational skills. It is scheduled on a 2/2 even-time roster with 12-hour shifts, competitive hourly pay, superannuation, training, camp facilities, and health insurance benefits.
