TopGum is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities. The role oversees maintenance scheduling, safety compliance, inspections, troubleshooting, inventory and procurement, and staff training. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least five years of maintenance-supervision experience, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, team leadership skills, problem-solving and communication abilities, familiarity with maintenance management software, and flexibility for weekend work.
