UCH is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Summit Park Communities in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The role supervises and coordinates maintenance teams, manages work orders, turnovers, renovations, and capital improvements, and performs building, grounds, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, appliance, and painting repairs. The supervisor also maintains records, responds to emergencies, trains team members, and supports resident satisfaction. The posting seeks a candidate with previous supervisory experience, at least five years of property maintenance experience, strong plumbing and dual-temperature-system knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a vehicle.
