Viaflex is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to direct, supervise, and coordinate maintenance activities for tools, equipment, and machines in a production division. The role oversees predictive maintenance, parts and supplies inventory, equipment installation or repair, training, safety and ergonomics, staffing, performance reviews, and quality management. Candidates need an associate degree in a technical field and at least five years of related experience, along with knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, schematic reading, hand tools, test equipment, computer proficiency, and leadership skills.
