Description
Walker is hiring a Millwrighting Maintenance Supervisor for its Compost & Packaging Facility in Arthur, Ontario. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role oversees preventive and curative maintenance of packaging equipment, coordinates workloads, troubleshoots machinery, supervises licensed millwrights and apprentices, manages parts inventory and suppliers, and supports equipment upgrades. The position is permanent and full-time, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an hourly rate of $46.50. Candidates must be licensed millwrights with completed apprenticeship, have at least five years of supervisory experience in maintenance or industrial settings, and hold a valid G-Class Driver’s License.
