Description
The Maintenance Supervisor assists in planning, developing, implementing, and controlling plant maintenance programs for buildings and equipment, coordinates maintenance mechanics, develops preventive maintenance schedules, manages mechanical inventories and costs, and supports safety, food safety, SQF, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or a related field, and at least two years in a lead role; bilingual Spanish ability is a plus. The pay range is $105,000 to $120,000 based on experience.
